Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the platform until that date.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not extensively used the platform services.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your mshala account
• Go to Account Settings → Subscription
• Click on "Cancel Subscription"
• Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent platform access for more than 48 hours
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription (for monthly plans)
• Cancellation within 30 days of initial subscription (for annual plans)
• Significant service disruption affecting educational content delivery

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after extensively using the platform
• Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
• Violation of terms of service leading to account suspension
• Requests made after 30 days of purchase (annual plans) or 7 days (monthly plans)
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified otherwise)

5. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

• Contact our support team with your subscription details
• Provide a reason for the refund request
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the unused portion of your subscription, particularly for annual plans cancelled mid-term due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Free Trial Cancellation

Free trials can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without any charges. If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be automatically billed for the selected subscription plan.

8. Educational Institution Refunds

Educational institutions with bulk subscriptions may have different cancellation and refund terms as agreed upon in their service agreement.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), refund policies may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
